Per-visit prices are annual averages, rounded to cents, based on 12 monthly, 26 every-other-week, 52 weekly, or 104 twice-weekly visits per year. Service is billed as a fixed monthly subscription starting on your first visit, then on the same date each month (or the last day in shorter months); the cleaning subscription stays the same in four- and five-visit months. Referral discounts can reduce your bill. Availability and final service details are confirmed before scheduling. Optional haul-away is an additional $15.00 per completed visit.

Where do you provide service?
We serve addresses within 15 miles of Redmond, including inside city limits. Use the address checker to confirm coverage. The radius is measured in a straight line; service starts after approval and scheduling.
What size yards do you clean?
Standard plans cover up to ¼ acre (10,890 sq ft) of cleaning area. For larger yards, use the custom quote form. Measure only the area you want cleaned.
Can I sign up, pay, and manage my service online?
Yes. Choose a plan and submit your yard details right here. Once your service is approved, your account lets you pay online, change your plan, pause or resume service, update yard instructions and disposal preferences, see upcoming cleanings, and review your bills and referral rewards. No calls or email back-and-forth needed for everyday changes.
Can I pause service while I’m away?
Yes. Choose a start and return date; you can resume early anytime. Both cleanings and billing for cleanings pause for those dates.
How does monthly billing work?
The plan tiles show the annual average price per visit. Service is billed as a fixed monthly subscription. For weekly service, we average 52 visits across 12 months; twice-weekly service uses 104, every-other-week uses 26, and monthly service uses 12. Your standard cleaning subscription stays the same in four- and five-visit months. Optional haul-away is billed separately for each completed visit. Referral credits can reduce your bill. The dog selector updates prices for one to four dogs. Select 5+ dogs for a custom quote.
Can my service day change?
Yes. Service dates are subject to change as we expand our routes and adjust schedules for greater efficiency.
Do I need to be home?
There’s no need to be home for your cleaning. Please make sure your yard is accessible and your gate is unlocked, and provide any required gate code when you sign up. Friendly dogs are welcome to stay in the yard; otherwise, please secure them before our visit. If we’re unable to clean because we can’t safely access your yard, we’ll notify you. Your regular service charge will still apply.
What happens to the waste?
We bag the waste and place it in your trash bin. If your trash bin isn’t out, we’ll leave the bagged waste at the edge of your curb. Prefer that we take it with us? Choose optional haul-away for $15.00 per completed visit. Haul-away is added to your next monthly invoice after service.

Yes. We offer custom plans for yards over ¼ acre, homes with five or more dogs, businesses, and shared outdoor spaces. Use the custom quote form to tell us about your property and preferred cleaning schedule. For a home, include your exact dog count.
